Early this month my husband and I celebrated out 25th anniversary by renewing our vows in an alien themed ceremony. Then we both got pretty sick with colds, back ailments, bad knees, etc.We’re almost healthy again, and good thing, too, as I’m going to AWP to launch what looks like a busy March 2012.
Tomorrow I will be reading alongside Matt Norman at The Writer’s Center in Bethesda, Md. as part of the Open Door reading series. They’ve asked that Matt and I read for at least 25 minutes each, and that will be a challenge for me since I try to keep it brief. Typically, photos from readings aren’t all that interesting, but I’m posting this from the Dire Literary Series from earlier this month. It was sort of a marathon event to celebrate the series 11th year, hosted by THE MAGISTERIAL Tim Gager. Special Thanks to Steve Himmer for coming out to listen.
